In a suit against a national home building company, Mr. Holmgren obtained a settlement of $4.3 million for 43 homeowners, working out to $100,000 per owner.  This settlement allowed homeowners to perform significant repairs to their homes and ensure their families' safety and security for decades to come. 

In a lawsuit against a local home builder, Mr. Holmgren won a settlement of $1.7 million for 17 homeowners, again yielding $100,000 per owner for repairs for their homes.

In a lawsuit against a nationwide builder regarding a landmark condominium property in Glendale, Mr. Holmgren obtained a settlement of $2.1 million for the Association.

In a lawsuit against a nationwide builder involving a small condominium project, Mr. Holmgren obtained a settlement of $1.3 million, allowing the Association to perform extensive project-wide repairs and help fund its reserves.

In a lawsuit against companies a condominium association retained to replace the worn out waterproof membrane over its parking garage, Mr. Holmgren obtained a settlement of $590,000, which was in excess of what the Association paid for the work.

In a dispute between a homeowners association and a cable company over an essentially perpetual bulk service agreement, Mr. Holmgren provided the association with an aggressive defense, including asserting counterclaims against the cable company for over billing.  The cable company eventually yielded and agreed to a favorable settlement and the association was freed from the agreement.

In a lawsuit brought by homeowners against their community association relating to a water-damaged CMU fence, Mr. Holmgren obtained a defense verdict against the homeowners, including an award of 100% of the association's attorneys' fees, which was paid in full.

In a lawsuit brought by a homeowner against his condominium association seeking nearly $750,000 in damages from the association for its exercise of self-help to repair severe water damage inside a condominium, Mr. Holmgren won the case on a motion to dismiss, along with an award of attorneys' fees.  The association subsequently settled claims against the homeowner to repay the cost of repair.  That claim settled with the homeowner paying for repairs and more attorneys' fees.
